Northern Inks is a company offering proven, low cost alternatives to original manufacturer’s ink. We pride ourselves on our careful evaluation of every product. We have over six digital printers in our labs, and we test every product before we offer it for sale.
Northern Inks has over 10 years of experience in the digital printing world, and has done extensive field tests in Canada and the United States on Mimaki, Mutoh, Roland, and Canon printers. Our suppliers are world-class chemical companies, operating successfully on every continent in the world.
Shipping Policy: We do our best to ship the next day after an order is placed, but under some circumstances it may take up to 2 business days to ship an order. We utilize live shipping rates for both UPS and Canada Post. Posted shipping times do not include time to process the order. Note: We do not guarantee shipping times. These times are guidelines only
Refund/Return Policy:
We offer a full refund on any unused item within 15 days of purchase date if the customer is not satisfied with the product or if there is any product defect. The refund will be issued when the unused product has been returned in good condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
